Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your eVRe1 account and all associated data, please use one of the methods below.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile and login credentials will be permanently removed.
- All AR objects you have placed in the world will be deleted.
- Your inventory, credits, and level progress will be lost.
- This action cannot be undone.
Method 1: In-App (Fastest)
The quickest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
- Open the eVRe1 app.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Select User Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Method 2: Web/Email Request
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion via email:
Send an email to voodooman@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please send the email from the address linked to your eVRe1 account so we can verify your identity.
